歩いて渡れる島まで遊びに行った３人が100ドル札を拾ったところから始まる。
導入部分はなかなかに引きつけられたが、
徐々に話の規模が小さくなってしまった。
狭い場所に潜んだあとに逃げ出す、という流れも
これまでの巻で頻繁に登場してきただけにどうも緊迫感が薄れがちだった。
９巻目となり、ややマンネリ化してきた印象だが、
まだまだ続くシリーズなだけに今後の盛り上がりに期待したい。
